I have epilepsy so making sure the word is out on how to help people who do have seizures means a lot to me.
Please share and keep tabs, friends! I once had to intervene in a college cafeteria and was terrified that I kept getting some really bad info from well-meaning people around me. They just didn’t know, but had heard a lot of stuff. Information helps keep people safe! 🙌
(Also! Not everyone that suffers from seizures has epilepsy — the mouth thing is super important in some of those cases. And kindness definitely goes a long way.)
